What's Working:
- Book shelf provides lots of storage and is close to the desk
- CDs (software, audio books, and backups) are stored in 3-ring binders.
- Original software, drivers, manuals, etc. for each computer is in their own box.
- Batteries, laptop acessories, shipping envelopes are in labeled plastic shoeboxes.
- Trash can and paper shredder are close to desk.
- Envelopes are within close reach
- The 43-folders tickler file, of course!
- Inbox gets emptied every day
- Labeler, scanner, printer, digital media are within close reach.
- A-Z files are within close reach.
- I can see what kinds of paper I have and they are near the printer.

What's Not Working
- No room for more books on the bookshelf.
- Archival paper files are on book shelf instead of proper storage.
- Cheap metal file cabinet doesn't get used much because it's too difficult to open and close.
- I rarely use some of the items that are nearest to my desk.
- Since all the stuff is visible, it looks cluttered even though it's all well organized. (Especially the paper sorter.)
